I offer psychotherapy sessions via Telehealth only. Sessions can be conducted in English, French or Romanian.

As my main area of interest is psychotherapy, I do not provide formal diagnostic assessment of autism and ADHD. However, as part of my intake process during the first couple of appointments, I will typically do a screening assessment for autism and ADHD.

Please note: I do not provide medico-legal reports. Additionally, I do not see children, adolescents and couples at this time.

  • My therapy approach:

I tend to work with my clients at a deeper level. This means working through the emotions and coping patterns that show up in the present moment, as well as processing the adverse life experiences that have contributed to the issues. My approach is therefore trauma-focused, informed by neuroscience and rooted in attachment theory.

I will combine several evidence-based therapy modalities to create in collaboration with you a treatment plan that is uniquely tailored to your goals and needs. I am a big believer in working together as a team, to ensure that you have agency over the therapy process.

The main therapy modalities I utilise are:

    • Schema Therapy
    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Therapy
    • Emotion Focused Therapy
    • Psychodynamic Therapy
    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
    • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Additionally, due to my dual background in Cognitive Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology, I enjoy drawing from neuroscience research to offer strategies for executive functioning support, as well as to provide body-based strategies (e.g., breathwork, movement) to soothe and regulate the nervous system.

As part of post-identification / post-diagnosis support, if you want to learn more about specific topics related neurodivergence I will share with you what are my favourite books and podcasts.
